reread- 2013I know this book isn't for everyone. What really makes me like it? Older woman, younger man; m/m/f; 1st person POV.What I ignore that probably really irks many/most others:The Britishisms. There is no way to disguise that this was written by a Brit (and possibly for Brits). Which can be annoying since it's set in Philadelphia, PA, USA. I admit, it would have just been so much more believable if Kate had just been written as a Brit living in Philly.Still, even after several rereads, I love this book.

I have a book addiction that began with Nancy Drew in kindergarten. I've read pretty much all genres, to exclude non-fiction because I love to read for the escapism. I only review books that I feel strongly about, whether for good or bad. I think of truthful, honest, reviews as being there as a 'pay-it-forward' for others.
